The Ford F-Series is the modern workhorse of America, handling jobs that range from hauling heavy loads at a construction site to daily carpool duty for a family. Now Hedman Hedders offers six different 50-state emissions legal header numbers for 1999-2009 F-150 and F-250 trucks that are powered by the tried and true 5.4L two-valve and three-valve Triton V8. With these new bolt-on replacement headers, the best-selling vehicle in America gets a noticeable improvement in power and efficiency thanks to a less restrictive exhaust system, all without affecting the truck’s emissions status.
Hedman’s “shorty” headers are engineered to maximize exhaust flow while maintaining a low profile and the factory catalytic converter locations. 50-state legal under C.A.R.B. E.O.# D-167-32 and classified as a direct replacement for the factory exhaust manifolds, these headers are anything but stock, and will significantly improve the torque and performance of your F-Series pickup. Hedman’s F-Series headers feature bullet-proof 3/8-inch flanges and thick 16-gauge, 1 1/2-inch diameter mandrel bent primary tubes. For a hassle-free install, these headers bolt directly to the factory exhaust using an integrated ball-and-socket collector that provides a durable, gasket-free seal.
Hedman’s headers for the 1999-2004 F-150 and F-250 are available in both Stainless and mild steel, with a choice of either uncoated (Part# 82600 Stainless Steel and 89600 mild steel) or polished HTC high-temp ceramic-metallic coated (Part# 82606 Stainless Steel and # 89606 mild steel) finishes. Hedman’s 2004-2009 F-150 and F-250 models are available exclusively in Stainless Steel, with your choice of either uncoated (Part# 82630) or HTC coated (Part# 82636) finishes. Mounting hardware, gaskets, installation instructions and mandatory E.O. sticker are also included with the headers.
All Hedman Hedders are manufactured in the U.S.A., and come with a factory backed Lifetime Warranty.
