I spotted a couple new Jaguar XFRs in the showroom at Galpin Jaguar/Volvo/Lincoln/Aston Martin.
Jaguar has developed a new engine in-house that is a 5.0L V8 making 510hp and 460 lb-ft of torque using an Eaton TVS supercharger. This should be good for 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds. The XFR features a 6-speed transmission for better acceleration and fuel economy. The new Jag also features advanced technologies such as Adaptive Dynamics and Active Differential for exceptional traction and handling.
The XFR's exterior tweaks include a new front end with a new bumper design incorporating large, chrome trimmed air inlets on either side, hood vents, new fenders, side sills, a decklid spoiler, and new rear bumper that wraps around four exhaust pipes.
