Funny, looks like a garbage truck. I imagine once you gut everything out of the truck, a big torque-y diesel would get that thing moving.

All I can say is WTF? That is a nutty truck. And who is driving the Rally Garbage Truck that Hard? Now that I look at it again. It look like a Rally

I found this on the web, seems it is a Russian truck -
