Employees, officers and representatives of Richard Petty Driving Experience, Motorator, Inc, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The WHITE KNUCKLE DRIVING sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant.s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor.s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. How to Enter: The WHITE KNUCKLE DRIVING SWEEPSTAKES begins on or about August 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 2, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Visit http://www.motorator.com/richardpetty and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form. Complete and submit the registration form, including a valid email address. Terms of the sweepstakes are subject to change in accordance of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, as agreed upon by Motorator, Inc. and Richard Petty Driving Experience. Limit one entry per user, per e-mail address with additional entries subject to the guidelines outlined below. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will be considered valid.

Refer A Friend Program: After you enter the WHITE KNUCKLE DRIVING Sweepstakes, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to five (5) friends who must be eligible to play the WHITE KNUCKLE DRIVING Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to five (5) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry. During the Promotion Period, you may receive a possible total of (6) entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

When you enter at the Motorator Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Motorator and Richard Petty Driving Experience. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Motorator, Inc, which is available on the Motorator Website. Motorator, Inc, Richard Petty Driving Experience and all other Sweepstakes Entities, their affiliates, distributors, dealers, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Motorator Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any combination thereof.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the following: (i) two (2 - Grand Prize Winner and a Friend) "Ride-Along" Experiences valued at $218-$328 depending on the event location - accompanied by a professional instructor for a 3-lap qualifying run in a 2-seat NASCAR-style stock car at speeds exceeding 150 MPH; and (ii) the "King's Experience" valued at $1598-$1798 - A program consisting of 2 power packed sessions (Grand Prize Winner and a Friend), 8 laps of rip roaring power and 10 laps of increased speed and excitement. Prior to driving, students will go through 2 elements of safety and instruction training, in-car and on-track instruction. Between your driving sessions, drivers will receive one-on-one feedback from the Pit Road Instructor, as well as additional instruction from the on-track driving instructors. After your two driving sessions, students will receive a graduation packet that includes a time sheet with a breakdown of each lap driven. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $1816-$2126. The winner can choose to claim their prize at any of RPDE's 23 track locations around the country. Grand Prize Winners must be 18 years of age or older, posses a valid U.S. driver's license and must be able to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission.

The Grand Prize will be awarded directly to the Grand Prize Winner. No payments, products or services will be made to third parties. All additional costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV (Actual Retail Value) of the prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about March 30, 2009 and will be contacted by overnight courier and/or by phone on or about April 2, 2009. If the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days from the first notification attempt, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner must book their Richard Petty Driving Experience event at least 30 days prior to the event, and within 12 months of claiming their prize, otherwise the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. The name of the Grand Prize Winner may be posted on the Motorator Website, and Richard Petty Driving Experience site and/or materials. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity, and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. If Motorator is unable to contact a potential Grand Prize Winner, and/or if the potential Grand Prize fails to complete and return all forms by the specified date and/or if potential Grand Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner(s) shall be selected.

6. Publicity and General Conditions: Grand Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Release of Liability: Motorator, Inc, the Richard Petty Driving Experience, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporation, each of the Sweepstakes Entities, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, dealers, distributors, employees and agents of the Sweepstakes Entities, and are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of the Sweepstakes Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors, agents, employees and shareholders of the foregoing entities and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss.
