All Mopar big blocks have valvetrain oiling through drilled passages in the block. Oil is sent up to heads, up through a rocker stand, and through the rocker shafts to the rocker arms and valve tips. Hollow push rods are not needed.

Good answer Motor8rMatt. If you are building the engine from scratch, its worth pointing out that you can't pre-oil the engine like most other engines. Usually you can get by with a drill turning the oil pump before you install the distributor. Since the Mopar block get its oil from holes in the block, you need to slowly turn the engine over by hand while you drill (spin) the oil pump. The engine needs to rotate the pistons and valvetrain to get sufficient oil.
