What was the first car to use the moniker GT?
Was it one of the european makes first? I guess my real question is which one was the first production car to use GT.

The first GT I can think of was the 1962 Ferrari GTO. It had to be an italian car since GT is short for Gran Tourismo, There could have been an earlier Alpha GT.
