Is there a product that will strip the peeling clear coat off my BMW?
I have seen other BMWs with this same problem. What gives?

There really isn't a product to strip off clear coat. the only thing you can do is respray the clear coat and just blend ot in. If the base coat is faded you will need to respray the base and clear. I had this problem on my 1997 BMW that is the only fix.
