2009 GM Truck, SUV and Corvette Supercharger Systems

Superchargers for 2009 GM Trucks

ProCharger has announced Intercooled Supercharger Systems for 2009 GM pickups and SUVs, and 2006-2009 Z06 Corvettes.

Like their previous GM truck and SUV systems, owners can expect to add 50 – 55% more power to pickups and SUVs equipped with the 5.3L, 6.0L and 6.2L engines.

Featuring the ProCharger P-1SC-1 supercharger and its patented and proven self-contained oiling, billet impeller and transmission case, highly-effective air-to-air intercooler, the HO Systems also include all necessary fuel system components, tuning, brackets, hardware and intercooler tubing for a complete, OE-appearing installation.

Intercooled ProCharger systems deliver the ultimate performance and power increase for towing, daily driving and sport truck applications. Compared to other bolt-on aftermarket superchargers, ATI's technology delivers more low-end torque and substantially more total power than comparable supercharger systems. In the lower rpm towing range, Intercooled ProCharger systems will deliver more rear-wheel torque because the intercooled charge air is extremely dense (virtually at ambient temperature), the engine is running full timing, and the P-1SC consumes far less power than positive displacement superchargers. At mid-range and higher rpm, in addition to making more power per pound of boost (due to the same combination of greater air density, full timing and less parasitic load), an Intercooled ProCharger system is also able to safely produce more total boost, thanks to the coolest charge air and exhaust gas temperatures in the industry. The net effect is a substantially larger increase in air density, which in turn produces a substantially larger increase in power. History and physics show that applications without intercooling must run unsafe boost levels or octane-boosted fuel to perform even close to an Intercooled ProCharger system.

For those with modified applications, a ProCharger HO Intercooled Tuner Kit is also available for 2009 and earlier GM trucks and SUVs and will require fuel system upgrades and custom tuning by a ProCharger dealer.

ProCharger now has 100% complete HO Intercooled Supercharger Systems available for 2006 to 2009 model year LS7 ZO6 Corvettes. This new system is capable of producing 700+ horsepower on stock engines running high quality pump gas.

With ProCharger technology, reliably adding big horsepower to your engine is a lot easier than you may think. Intercooled ProCharger systems utilize exclusive features and proven technology to deliver reliable 50-85% gains in horsepower and torque with stock motors running pump gas. ProCharger technology is proven to produce the industry's largest power gains and coolest charge air temperatures.

The HO Intercooled System includes the same P-1SC-1 ProCharger as featured on the truck kits listed above. The ProCharger supercharger and brackets are provided with a polished finish.

For those with modified applications, a ProCharger HO Intercooled Tuner Kit is also available for 2006-2009 GM LS7 Z06 Corvettes. The Tuner Kit is complete with the exception of fuel injectors and tuning, both of which can be provided by your ProCharger dealer. For modified street applications, ProCharger technology delivers 10-second ET's with the least amount of engine modifications - and with the supercharger still under warranty. For highly modified applications, ProCharger is the undisputed leader, and is over 800 horsepower ahead of the competition. Superior products yield superior results.

ProChrager HO Intercooled Systems and Intercooled Tuner Kits for 2009 LS3 Corvettes are also available.
