John Force RaceStation Announces Ashley Force Pink Funny Car Diecast.

Ashley Force Pink Mustang Funny Car

A very special Ashley Force “Rookie of the Year” Funny Car will be raced at the 2008 Mac Tools US Nationals in Indianapolis, IN. Although few of us will ever get to see the car in person, a limited production (2,500 total units) replica diecast is being offered exclusively through the John Force RaceStation. Ashley's pink funny car will feature some of her winning accomplishments on the hood area, along with the Auto Club's "Road to the Future" Award logo on the sides, plus custom graphics designed by John Force Racing's own Brandon Baker. The Ashley Force pink diecast funny car promises to be the most sought after and photographed racecar in the pits when it arrives at the Mac Tools US Nationals.

Ashley Force Rookie of the Year Funny Car Diecast

Ashley Force, in her very short racing career, has accomplished a lot in three different NHRA POWERade classes. Starting first in Super Comp, then graduating to A-Fuel Dragster and now competing in the highly competitive Funny Car Class alongside her dad; John Force, brother-in-law; Robert Hight and Mike Neff in Team JFR Ford Mustangs. At the end of the 2007 racing season, Ashley received the prestigious Auto Club of Southern California's "Road to the Future" Award; which is given to NHRA's "Rookie of the Year.”

Good lookin' car. Anybody remember Shirley Muldowney's 1986 pink dragster? I always liked what Shirley said: "There's no bimboism in drag racing."
