If you’re not familiar with the Ringbrothers by now, you haven’t picked up a car magazine in the last few years. Jim and Mike Ring have built some of the most beautiful custom muscle cars with unmatched creativity and craftsmanship.
The Ringbrothers gained notoriety by winning the highest honor in hot rodding, the Street Machine of the Year Award, for their
1967 Mustang Fastback called “Reactor.” Always looking toward their next project, Jim and Mike Ring followed on the success of “Reactor” with “
Razor,” their 1969 Camaro. “Razor” won them another Street Machine of the Year Award, making the Ringbothers the first build team in fourteen years to win consecutive seasons.
At this year’s SEMA show, the Ringbrother will be showing their latest creation, “Afterburner,” a 1964 Ford Fairlane built for Ken and Evelyn Smith (family owners of S&S Cycle).
Unveiling “Afterburner,” the most anticipated custom car at SEMA, will be actor/comedian and host of
CarCast, Adam Carolla. This special event will take place Tuesday November 2nd at a special event in the BASF booth at 1:00 pm.
We invite you to stop by the BASF booth to meet Adam Carolla and to check out this amazing new car from the Ringbrothers. After the SEMA show, check back on Motorator for exclusive photos and videos of the
Ringbrothers “Afterburner.” Until then, you can
visit Adam Carolla's CarCast for other great interviews and videos.
